Refund policy
We understand that buying from the internet isn't always perfect and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, during a sale or items on clearance, we will only be able to honor an exchange in the form of a credit instead of a refund. We can give you a credit with a gift card to be used whenever you like. The exception is when we do an event featuring an especially low price on Clearance items, then it will be a final sale purchase given the price. The final sale rule will be posted when you pull up the tab when this rule applies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unwashed or dry cleaned and unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 818-654-6244 or email us at customerservice@augustbrock.com. It's very easy, we’ll send you return instructions and a return label. Please use the return label as it will have tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and label will not be accepted. We will deduct the $8 from your refund to cover shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, gift cards, special orders or custom-made items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. Since we do not have large quantities per item, you are more likely to get the one you want.
If you would like to return a sale item that you purchased during an event, we only offer a credit instead of a refund. Simply request to return the item(s) and as soon as we receive it, you will be given a gift card credit to be used when you would like.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
